3. Discussion and/or possible action on payment of compensatory time for County Employees including request of compensatory time by County Attorney Ellzabeth Martinez.
4. Discussion and/or possible action on to discuss Model Subdivision Rules.
5. Discussion and/or possible action to cover amendments to Stephenson Road contract to include rail road crossing.
6. Discussion in executive session with possible action in open session consultation with Attorney Robert Bass possible litigation Angela Laroe Section 551.071
7. Discussion and/or possible action on various county roads, Hindes Road, Snowden Road and Brown Road.
8. Discussion and/or possible action to choose furniture for courthouse elected offices with Killis Almond
9. Discussion and/or possible action on interlocal agreement with City of Cotulla Law Enforcement.
10. Discussion and/or possible action to authorize Robert Bass to serve as a representative, special real estate Commissioner and/or agent in the negotiations matters there to relating to the purchase of real property needed for County Park improvements.
10. Discussion in executive session with possible action in open session consultation with Attorney Robert Bass land purchase negotiations with Jim Woodward 551.072 Deliberation regarding real property
11. Discussion and/or possible action to update on Courthouse completion and move and EMC Operations Center and including furniture purchases.
