The La Salle County Commissioners court requires that testimony before the court be given under oath pursuant to Local Government Code 81.030.   A person who makes a false statement under oath is subject to prosecution under Section 37.02, Penal Code

7.      Discussion and/or possible action on equipment purchase, firearms, radios, vehicles for constable and sheriff office including custodians

8.      Discussion and/or possible action on approval to set up bank account for County and District Clerk and authorize Tex Pool Account for 2013 Certificate of Obligation and Road Bonds.

9.      Discussion and/or possible action to approve resolution to Indigent Defense Grant.
